Training:our staff shall undergo regular technical and safety training to keep them abreast with latest technologies, safety regulations and updates, including job safety analysis, work place safety behavior and attitudes, etc. Our employees shall be trained locally in Nigeria and externally through opportunities created by our technical partners, in relevant and identified courses and programs on drilling & engineering related curricular, and on safety and environmental topics. |

HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT:It is the policy of Eurowells that every employee shall execute his/her job under very safe and healthy conditions. Eurowells has a HES unit that is fully responsible and put in charge of coordinating all HES issues. Each employee shall, however, be held accountable for his or her own safety and for the safety of his/her fellow employee through behavior driven safety procedures and practice. The company shall carry out multi level safety audits, daily and regular safety meetings, safety stand downs (with client’s cooperation,) etc. No work shall be done until and unless a job safety analysis is carried out and every one is familiar with procedures for carrying out the task at hand in a safe and environmental friendly manner.
