Pursuant to its commitment to excellence and delivering responsible, world class services, Eurowells recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a Joint Venture Agreement with Kappa Oil Services Ltd (KOS.) KOS is a company with Headquarters in Croydon, Surrey in the UK, and a Logistics base in Dubai in the United Arab Emirate. KOS is a division of KAPPA GROUP, a Paris based Inspection, Consulting, Engineering, Drilling & Pipeline Company.
KOS offers a wide range of specialized, technical, engineering and operational support services, including inspection, labor supply, drilling and well completion, well head servicing, work over operations, reservoir engineering, total project control and management (FEED, Planning and Scheduling, Cost Engineering, Contract Management, etc.)
Considering its experience, technical know how and savvy in these matters, the board of KAPPA GROUP took the decision to establish KOS as a subsidiary that will fully and wholly carry out real time operations, in addition to its traditional and original function as service provider.
Thus, KOS has capabilities to deal with all inspection services, geology/logging, well design, drilling rig operations, down hole drilling equipment (bits, drill collar, drill pipe, bottom hole assemblies, etc,) drilling fluids engineering and mud systems, casing and cementing, well bore integrity and sand control, and other specialized drilling operations like hole opening, deviated drilling, continuous coring, horizontal drilling, coiled tubing, under balanced drilling, HPHT, etc.
KOS has qualified, tested and competent technical staff ready to be deployed world wide for its operations ( CVs are available on request.) These would work hand in glove with their Nigerian counterparts in Eurowells Ltd. |
