Eurowells Limited was established as a wholly Nigerian company late in 2005.

Eurowells has focus on Drilling and drilling support services, Engineering, Inspection, and Marine services. We also have interests in line pipe laying, pipeline maintenance, intelligent pigging, descaling, corrosion control and cleaning.

The company now has a division that offers consultancy services in the area of Planning, Cost control, Contract administration and management. The division offers assistance additionally, to credible foreign firms in their prequalification and technical bid efforts with the Oil majors, by providing solutions in the packaging of Nigerian Content Strategy and Community Relations/Engagement Plan.

The entrepreneurs behind Eurowells are mostly  Nigerians. They include Mr.Oti Edukugho, a lawyer with over 20 years cognate experience in Nigerian Petroleum Law, Chief Fayeofori Jackreece, a prominent Ijaw and Kalabari chief from Rivers state, Prince Ebiyemi Gbesimi Emiko (executive chairman,) a former Community Engagement Manager (later in charge of Strategy and Planning in the Policy, Government & Public Affairs dept) with Chevron Nigeria Ltd, and scion of the Warri royal family, Ede Usoh-Osagie, a princess of the Benin royal lineage, etc.

Eurowells has a memorandum of agreement and joint venture relationship (see technical partners) with certain identified organisations, in order to broaden its scope and competency, and provide a training window of opportunity for its employees. These include KAPPA OIL Services, a division of Paris based KAPPA International, SICA International, a reputable inspection company, Challenger Special oil services, a pipeline maintenance company (www.challenger-sos.com) and Oil Tankers and Marine Limted, Lagos.
