Eurowells was established as a wholly Nigerian company late in 2005.
Eurowells has focus on inspection, drilling services, Marine, and technical labor supply; but also has interests in line pipe laying, pipeline maintenance, intelligent pigging, descaling, corrosion control and pipeline cleaning in the oil and gas sector of the Nigerian economy. |

The entrepreneurs behind Eurowells are mostly from the Niger Delta area of Nigeria. They include people like Barrister Oti Edukugho, a lawyer from Omadino in the Makaraba, Utonana and Jones Creek oil fields of Warri South Local government area of Delta state, Chief Fayeofori Jackreece, a prominent Ijaw and Kalabari chief from the Bonny oil fields of Rivers state, Prince Ebiyemi Gbesimi Emiko, a former Community Engagement Manager (later in charge of Strategy and Planning in the Policy, Government & Public Affairs dept) with Chevron Nigeria Ltd, and scion of the Warri royal family, who himself is from the Escravos and Benin River oil fields; Ede Usoh-Osagie, a princess of the Benin royal lineage, etc. |
Eurowells has a joint venture relationship (see technical partners) with KAPPA OIL Services, KOS, a division of Paris based KAPPA International, with headquarters in London and a Logistics base in Dubai. KAPPA has two Directors on Eurowells board: Mr. Patrick Balestra and Mr. Jean-Jacques Mugniery.
It is our hope and promise to grow the Eurowells/KOS joint venture, into an exceptionally strong inspection, labour, Marine and drilling services provider in Nigeria, servicing the needs of both the oil majors and other indigenous oil exploration and production entities in the up and down stream sectors of Nigeria’s oil operations.
KAPPA International, with headquarters in London and a Logistics base in Dubai. has two Directors on Eurowells board: Mr. Patrick Balestra and Mr. Jean-Jacques Mugniery.
